# Privacy Policy

*Last updated: September 17, 2026*

Minipaper is a wallpaper maker for iPhone and iPad made by Insula Technology Inc. This policy explains what the app and this website do with your data. The short version: Minipaper has no accounts, never uploads your photos or wallpapers, and collects only anonymous usage statistics.

## No account, no uploads

Minipaper does not ask you to sign up or sign in. Every wallpaper is rendered on your device. Photos you bring into the app, designs you save, and wallpapers you export stay on your device (and in your own iCloud, if you back up your device or Photos library). We never receive them.

## What the app can access, and why

- **Photo library.** Only if you choose to build a wallpaper from your own photo, or to save an exported wallpaper. Access is granted through the standard iOS picker or permission prompt and can be limited or revoked at any time in Settings.
- **Calendar.** Only if you connect Apple Calendar to the Calendar style so your events appear on the wallpaper. Events are read on device to draw the wallpaper and are never sent anywhere. The style works without this permission.

## Anonymous usage statistics

To understand which features are used and to find crashes, the app sends anonymous usage signals through [TelemetryDeck](https://telemetrydeck.com/privacy/). These are counts of events such as "a wallpaper was exported" together with coarse device information (device model, OS version, app version, language). They contain no photos, no wallpaper contents, no names, no email addresses, and no advertising identifiers. TelemetryDeck hashes the anonymous identifier before storing it and cannot link it back to you. This data is not used for tracking across apps or websites.

## Purchases

Minipaper Pro subscriptions, the lifetime purchase, and one-off style unlocks are processed by Apple through the App Store. We never see your payment details. To keep track of what you have purchased across your devices, the app uses [RevenueCat](https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy/), which receives the App Store receipt and an anonymous app-generated identifier. Subscriptions can be managed or cancelled in your Apple Account settings.

## This website

minipaper.app is a static site. It uses privacy-respecting, cookieless page-view analytics so we can see roughly how many people visit and which pages they read. No personal data is collected, and there is no advertising or cross-site tracking.

## Children

Minipaper is rated 4+ and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, children included.

## Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page with a new date.
