Setting a wallpaper you exported

  1. In Minipaper, tap Export. The wallpaper is saved to your Photos library at your device's exact resolution.
  2. Open Settings › Wallpaper › Add New Wallpaper › Photos and choose it, or open it in Photos, tap Share, then Use as Wallpaper.
  3. For a moving wallpaper, export Aurora, Tide, Vinyl or Prism as a Live Photo and pick it from the Live Photo section when adding a wallpaper. Press and hold the Lock Screen to play it.

Whether a Live Photo animates on the Lock Screen is decided by iOS, not by Minipaper. It needs iOS 17 or later, and iOS only animates Live Photos it judges suitable, so on some devices and versions the wallpaper settings say Motion not available and set it as a still. The still export of the same design looks identical, so use that if yours won't play.

Wallpapers are composed around the Lock Screen clock and widgets, so leave the crop as it is when iOS asks.
